Here we present our assortment of delightful confectionery to you:

Hausmarke – regular-sized confectionery

The big sisters of our miniature confects - we call it house brand - are handcrafted like the Liliput confectionery after original recipes. All our recipes are based on exclusively natural ingredients; instantly after production the individual chocolates are carefully assorted and box by box is filled with much love according to a specific display. These boxes - the Viennese phrase is “Naschkasterl” (referring to a cupboard or drawer in which sweets are stored) - are artworks in their own right: chests of drawers, hatboxes, etc., each in a unique design and available in various colours; finally, each box is wrapped in paper, especially designed by the Wiener Werkstaette, and sent off into the world.

Is this to your taste?
For lovers of chocolate and those who are ready to be seduced, here we present
information about our assortment. We hope you delight!

(The letters in parentheses refer to allergens)

The Allergens

Allergen A: Gluten

Is contained, for example, in bread, pastries, soups, pasta, sauces, breadcrumbs, sausages, baked peas or desserts. Intolerance to the gluten protein is known as celiac disease. Those affected react to the allergen with severe abdominal pain and diarrhea. Only the complete renunciation of gluten alleviates the symptoms.

Allergen E: Peanuts

Peanut allergy is one of the most well-known and also most dangerous allergies, as the nuts can often trigger severe allergic symptoms such as shortness of breath or circulatory collapse. Peanuts are found in margarine, bread, cakes, pastries, chocolate cream, cereals, spreads, marinades, ice cream, liqueurs and flavored coffee, among other things.

Allergen F: Soybeans

Soybeans are actually very healthy, but for allergy sufferers they can be very unpleasant. If they consume products in which the allergen only becomes apparent when they look at the list of ingredients, they are affected by swollen mouth and throat, vomiting, diarrhea or skin rashes. Soybeans are used, for example, in sweets, mayonnaise, diet drinks, marinades, coffee whitener or even chewing gum.

Allergen G: Milk from mammals

Many people cannot tolerate milk and other dairy products because of the lactose they contain (lactose intolerance), and get stomach cramps, headaches and diarrhea. The allergen is found, for example, in cakes, sausages, casseroles, gratin, croquettes, French fries, chips, desserts, cocoa and even wine.

Allergen H: Nuts

Nuts and their products such as those made from chestnuts, pistachios, walnuts, almonds or cashews are found in products such as bread, cakes, pastries, cooked sausages, yogurt, cheese, marzipan, granola bars, curries, pesto, dressings or liqueurs.

Allergen O: Sulfur dioxide and sulfites

The allergen with the label letter O is mainly hidden in fruit preparations, muesli, bread, wine, sauerkraut, fruit juices, soups, sauces, dried fish and potato chips. Affected people experience asthmatic symptoms after eating foods containing sulfur dioxide or sulfite, for example.
